Course overview
This course looks at the wider supply chain that sits behind every delivery: how procurement decisions are made, how inventory is managed to balance cost against availability, how warehouses are organised for efficient storage and picking, and how distribution networks are designed to get goods to customers reliably.
Where a transport focused course covers vehicles, routes and drivers, this course looks at the bigger picture of suppliers, stock, storage and distribution strategy. It is designed for procurement officers, warehouse supervisors, supply chain assistants and business owners who manage stock and suppliers.
