Course overview
Monitoring and evaluation is one of the most sought after skills in the development, health and public sectors. In this course you will build a logical framework or theory of change, define SMART indicators, design data collection tools, and set up routine monitoring systems that feed into real decisions rather than sitting unused in a report.
You will also cover the basics of evaluation design, including baseline, midline and endline studies, simple data quality checks, and how to present findings to donors, management and communities honestly and clearly. It suits programme officers, M&E assistants, researchers and NGO staff who need M&E literacy even when it is not their full time role.
What will i learn?

Requirements
- Access to a stable internet connection

- Familiarity with basic spreadsheet use is helpful but not required
