Course overview
Managing people well is one of the hardest parts of running any organisation, and this course covers the core HR functions involved: planning and running a recruitment process, onboarding new employees, managing day to day employee relations, and running a fair performance management process.
You will also study the basics of labour law compliance relevant to employment contracts, discipline and termination, so that HR decisions are both fair and legally sound. It suits HR officers, line managers and small business owners who handle their own staffing decisions.
